Refund Policy
At the Inclusive Education Symposium, we value your commitment and participation. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the success of our event.
Cancellations & Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to tiinajorikoba@gmail.com.

Full refunds will be granted for cancellations made up to 30 days before the event.

Cancellations made between 15–29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant at no additional cost. Please notify us at least 7 days before the event to process the transfer.
Event Changes or Cancellation by Organizers

If the symposium is postponed or canceled, registered participants will be notified promptly. Refunds or credits toward future events will be offered.
